Întrebarea zilei CUC

E prima mea întrebare "construită" pentru Ce?Unde?Cînd?.

Replaced word: shine.

In the July edition 2011 of NewScientist there is an article: The children who shine before they grow up.

" Leslie Gordon and her husband Scott Berns could not figure out what was ailing their infant son, despite the fact that they were both paediatricians. He was failing to get weight, had cut no teeth and his hair was falling out. The diagnosis, whe it came out in the summer 1998, was devastating. Sam had progeria, full name Hutchinson - Gilford progeria. Only 80 children in the world are known to have this syndrome and on average they die at the oge of 13..

This article reminded me of a movie directed by David Fincher that 3 years ago seemed pure science-fiction.

Question: what word is replaced by shine?
